Our Homeowner Annual Maintenance Inspection can help identify small issues that may turn into big issues later and give you peace of mind that there aren't pressing bigger issues with your home or if there are, to correct those issues. Your inspector will go over the issues found with you at your home and then deliver a customized, digital report which is beautifully presented complete with pictures, comments, and recommendations on issues found within 48 hours of inspection completion. Our reports also come with a basic maintenance guide for your home, tips for your smoke alarms, and a life expectancy guide on your systems.
